Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas use light waves to directly heat your body. These light waves are invisible to the naked eye but are felt as heat. Becasue of this more direct heating method infrared saunas can operate at a lower temperate than traditional saunas.

30 minute session: $25

What temperature is ideal?

For most people somewhere between 110- 135F is comfortable. Everyone tolerates heat differently, so find a temperature that works for you. You may need to work up to a higher temperate or to a full 30 minute session.

What should I bring to my sauna session?

Please bring water. Water bottles are not permitted inside the sauna but you will be provided with a paper cup to take in with you for hydration. You may also wish to bring your own towel - though some will be provided for you.

What do I wear in the sauna?

This is up to you! Some prefer to wrap up in a towel or wear a swim suit and others prefer to go au naturel.

You will be given 3 towels upon arrival  1 Large and 2 Small. Place one towel on the bench to sit on, one on the floor and use the other to wrap up in or to use as a sweat towel.

What will my visit look like?

The front desk representative will walk you through how to use the sauna and what you can expect during your session.
