Raised in the Fraser Valley, Dr. Erica Truesdell received a BSc from the University of Victoria before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2021. Upon graduation, she returned to Chilliwack to pursue a career helping people maintain an active and pain-free lifestyle. In her spare time you can find her spending time with her partner and dog in the local trails, backpacking, biking, and snowboarding.

Dr. Erica Truesdell has a function-based approach to treatment and develops individualized treatment plans depending on each patient’s injury and history. Treatments include manual therapy, education, and an emphasis on targeted rehab to reinstate strength, stability, and mobility. She manages musculoskeletal conditions of the entire body with a special interest in pediatric care, perinatal care, and jaw disorders.Â

Dr. Truesdell regularly updates her education with recent courses including Pediatric Science, Pediatric Oral Motor Course, MPI for Pregnant and Pediatric Patients, The Neck Connection, The TMJ Connection, Clinical Neurodynamics, Functional Biomechanical Assessment, Smart Tools, and PEAK Rehab.
