Williska recently graduated at the top of her class from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has always had a strong interest in human anatomy and wellness and is passionate about supporting her clients in achieving long-term optimal health. She recognizes that every client is unique and takes a holistic, individualized approach to her practice, drawing on a variety of techniques to create treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs. She is committed to understanding each client’s needs, working together to identify the root of their challenges, and encouraging self-care and empowerment through personalized homecare.Â

Some of the techniques Williska utilizes in her practice include General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Techniques, Joint Mobilizations, and Trigger Point Release. She has experience working with clients presenting with a range of concerns, including chronic pain, pre/post-natal support, headaches, stress, sports-related injuries, and muscular imbalances, as well as many other orthopedic, neurological, and systemic conditions.Â

When she’s not working, Williska loves to travel and stay active through weightlifting, Pilates, and outdoor adventures.Â
